This is the last Will and Testament of me John Spendlove of Beck St.Carlton in the county of Nottinghamshire.I hereby revoke all Wills and Testaments by me at anytime heretofore made to become null and void.I appoint Frederick Jolly of 88 Waterway Street Nottingham City and Thomas Limerick of 12 Meadow Grove Meadow lane Nottingham City to be the Executors of this my last Will .I direct my Executors to pay my debts and funeral expenses and Testementary expenses. I give and devise and bequeath to my daughter Louisa Holly Oak of Canarvon Grove Carlton in the County of Nottinghamshire One piano at present time standing in House Beck St .Carlton, all other properties of which I die possessed to be equally divided between all Grandchildren living,such property and money to become divisable as they reach the age of Twenty one years 21 years.In witness whereof I the said John Spendlove have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand this twentieth 20th day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and seven 1907.
