BE IT KNOWN that Robert Spendlove of Chapelizod in the Irish Free State
who died there on the 30th day of October 1927 domiciled in the Irish Free State made and duly executed his last Will and Testament .That on the 25th day of October 1928 Letters of Administration (with Will) of the estate of the said deceased were granted at the Principle Probate Registry to William (in the Will called Joseph)Spendlove the surviving Executor and residuary legatee and devised in trust who died on the 17th day of February 1929 intestate leaving part of the said estate unadministered.
AND BE IT FURTHUR KNOWN that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration with the Will
(a copy whereof is hereunto annexed)of all the unadministered Estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the deceased were granted by his Majesty's High Court of Justice at the Principal Probate Registry thereof to
Robert Spendlove of Chapelizod aforesaid Farmer lawful son and as such one of the residual legatees and devises substitute in the said Will of the said deceased.
And it is hereby certified that an Affidavit for Inland Revenue has been delivered wherein it is shown that the gross value of the said unadministrated Estate in England (exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a Trustee and not beneficially )amounts to 402-3-9

And it is furthur certified that it appears by a certificate signed by an Inland Revenue Officer on the said Affidavit that 33-17-1 on account of Estate Duty and interest on such duty has been paid heretofore paid
